Hours of Operation
The Trinity Health Arena is open daily from 8am-9pm. THA holds the right to adjust facility hours according to scheduled ice & other events.
**WALKING** Trinity Health Arena will be open Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday from 10am – 4pm for walking.
The Box Office, located in the VanDyk Mortgage Conference Center Lobby, is open on game days beginning at 12pm. Doors open one (1) hour prior to the start of games/events unless otherwise posted.
Accessibility
The Trinity Health Arena strives to accommodate all our valued guests. The concourse is accessible to wheelchairs and handicap individuals through the Main Entrance located within the VanDyk Mortgage Convention Center and can be accessed from the front or back of the building. There is handicap reserved seating on the concourse for all our events which can be purchased through the Box Office. Our seating follows Michigan ADA rules and regulations.

Food and Beverage Consumption
All food and beverages must be purchased inside the Trinity Health Arena and must be consumed within the premises. No alcoholic beverages may be brought in or removed from the Arena. Guests are required to act in compliance with all state and local laws governing the purchase, possession, and consumption of alcohol. All guests will be asked to show a valid government-issued photo identification prior to being served any alcoholic beverage. Guest may have in their possession a maximum limit of two alcoholic beverages at any given time. Trinity Health Arena reserves the right to eject or refuse service to anyone that is visibly intoxicated. Fans consuming alcoholic beverages should ensure that they can safely and legally drive home after the game or utilize a designated driver or ride service. Service of alcohol will stop at predetermined times based on the event and at the discretion of Trinity Health Arena management.
Animals
Animals or pets of any kind are prohibited except for service animals for guests with disabilities and/or special needs. Service animals are welcomed into the building and must always remain on a leash or harness.
ATM
The Trinity Health Arena has one ATM near the Main Concession stand at the back of the Arena. Another can be found inside Rad Dads’ Tacos and Tequila Bar.
Bags/Purses
All large bags, i.e. backpacks, suitcases, beach bags, large purses, etc. will be prohibited from entry into the arena. Purses and other small bags will be permitted after being searched. Bags and purses larger than 14″ x 14″ x 6″ will NOT be permitted inside the venue. Policy is subject to change based on event policy.
Cameras/Photography
The camera policy varies upon the event. Please contact the event host (Lumberjacks, Risers, Ironmen etc.) for further information.
Child Admission
For most sporting events, including Lumberjacks games and most concerts, children under the age of 2 will be admitted into Trinity Health Arena without a ticket provided that they sit on an adult’s lap and do not occupy a seat. Any child 2 years of age or older will require a ticket to enter the arena. Please note that some shows (especially those intended for children) will have a different age policy. Code of Conduct
Guests will show their tickets when requested and sit only in their ticketed seat.
The Trinity Health Arena is committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable fan experience. Our staff are prepared to proactively intervene where necessary to help ensure a “Family-Friendly” environment.
All guests must always maintain reasonable and appropriate behavior. Fans should be able to enjoy games and events free from excessive foul/offensive language or obscene gestures. Guests engaging in disorderly conduct may be ejected from the facility and may be subject to arrest. Ejected guests will not receive a refund for their tickets or be compensated in any way for their loss.
Offenses may include but are not limited to: Interference with or delay of the game/event, drunk and disorderly conduct, standing on chairs, willfully and maliciously disturbing another guest/employee with loud and unreasonable noise, fighting or challenging others to fight, exposing private body parts, using profanity and/or offensive words which are likely to provoke a violent reaction from others, taunting or using offensive language against players, referees, or performers, attempting to enter the field of play, court, ice, stage or backstage areas without permission, throwing, discharging, or launching any liquid substances or objects, a violation of the Trinity Health Arena event policies, violation of local, state and/or federal laws and statues, igniting and/or display of flames, i.e. lighters/ matches in the facility.
Intervention with an unruly guest will be handled by the Arena Security in a prompt and safe manner.

- no bullhorns
- no noise makers

- no thermos containers
- no laser pointers
- no outside food or beverages (unless needed for medical purposes – must be checked upon entrance)

- no sticks or clubs

- no folding chairs
- no water bottles/mugs
- no baby strollers
- no laptop computers
- no open umbrellas
- no knives or bladed devices of any length
Doors Opening
Doors will open at varying times according to the event. Typically doors will open 60 minutes prior to the event time noted on your ticket (all door times are subject to change). Patrons will be able to access the box office / will call prior to doors opening, however, they will be asked to exit the building after visiting the box office until doors are open.
Dress Code
All guests in attendance are required to wear a shirt and shoes at all times for their own safety. Trinity Health Arena management reserves the right to deny entry to guests wearing clothing items displaying offensive text and / or images.
Entry Inspections
All guests entering the arena during an event are subject to a visual inspection and a bag inspection conducted by Trinity Health Arena security personnel. The purpose of the inspection is to detect prohibited items and maintain patron safety.
First Aid
Trained emergency medical technicians (EMTs) are available to assist any guest in need at every Trinity Health Arena event. In the event of a medical emergency, contact a member of our Guest Services or Security staff for assistance. First Aid Kits are located at the Welcome Desk (behind Section 102 on the concourse), the Main Concession stand (by the Bud Light Stage).
Lost & Found
The Trinity Health Arena does not accept responsibility for lost items. During events, found items are to be turned into the merchandise booth behind Section 102. Guests may claim their lost items from this location during the events. Guests may call or visit the Lumberjacks, Risers or Ironmen between 9am-5pm, M-F to inquire about a lost item. An effort will be made by Arena staff to note when specific items are found. Personal items (like credit cards etc.) shall be confidentially destroyed within 48hrs.
No Re-Entry
The Trinity Health Arena has a “no re-entry” policy during events. Guests who wish to return a prohibited item to their vehicle or need to exit and re-enter due to personal emergencies, must first make contact with a Guest Services supervisor or manager to make necessary arrangements.
Nursing Mothers
A nursing mothers room is available in an alcove in the Women’s bathroom behind Section 116.
Parking
Parking is available in multiple locations near the arena, including both lots on Western Ave. and Shoreline Dr.
Restrooms
Restrooms are available near the Shoreline Dr. end of the Arena behind Party Deck #3 / Section 119 and behind Sections 114 and 115.
Seating Capacity
The number of guests that can be accommodated varies depending on the Event and seat layout. Please see the event information page for more information about seating for the event you are interested in.
Weapons Prohibited
Weapons include, but are not limited to, the following: firearms, explosives, stun guns, handcuffs, brass knuckles, sticks, clubs, batons, martial arts instruments, pepper spray, tear gas, knives, etc. Guests found in possession of the above-mentioned items will be asked to remove the item from the venue or dispose of it. Guests who refuse to comply will be denied entry or removed from the venue and may be subject to arrest.
